Construction Schedule

Roselle Avenue between Claribel Road and Plainview Road will reopen to traffic on Monday, August 17, 2026, ahead of its original schedule, a milestone for the North County Corridor (NCC) Project that the county is excited to celebrate with the community.

The road will reopen with one lane open in each direction and a posted speed limit of 25 mph, with a stop sign remaining at Plainview Road and K-rail barriers remaining in place under the falsework section for driver safety. As construction continues along the corridor, drivers should expect intermittent closures for upcoming work, and updates will be posted as they are confirmed.
